VirtualExperts Beta Waiting List Terms

These terms cover the public website and beta waiting-list signup. Full-platform terms will be presented before product access or a paid subscription is offered.

Joining the waiting list

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate signup information, and keep your account credentials private. Joining is free and creates a pending enrollment. It does not purchase a plan, activate a subscription, or grant access to the platform.

Beta availability

Access will be offered gradually. We do not promise an invitation date, a particular position in line, or that every described feature will be available when beta begins. Features and availability may change. Marketing pages and blog posts are informational, and are not financial, tax, legal, or medical advice.

Email and privacy

We send verification and waiting-list messages to the email you provide. Newsletter signup is optional. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle signup information and how to request removal or deletion.

Use of the website

Do not abuse the signup service, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or submit information you do not have the right to provide. We may limit or suspend abusive access. Availability is not guaranteed; the beta waiting list has no uptime or support-response commitment. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
